LEJOG Day 5

86 miles from Shrewsbury, through Warrington, Wigan and up to Preston. Top speed 32mph, average 12.7. Cramp in my right calf for much of the day, but seemed to be okay for the last 15 miles, and felt stronger. Would be nice to start the day feeling strong tomorrow, rather than beginning with stuff hurting.
